Placed an application, went through the process and put a down payment for a rental. I had a great experience, given my background. Honesty on the initial application goes a long way. Tosha O’Neill assisted in this process. In my opinion she was helpful, and understood the urgency to get into a place. I GIVE MY EXPERIENCE 5 stars, the front desk receptionist Brandy was also very informative. Rather than base any opinions on one persons bad experience. I suggest walk-in and see what happens. Everyone has bad days, remember everyone is human, and sometimes people treat you, how you treat them.

Kim Ewoldt was the absolute worst realtor we have ever dealt with in our entire life. From the very start she was rude about the house we loved, and had a terrible attitude. We continued with her and gave her a chance. To make a long story short, I would consider Kim a narcissist manipulator with a severe personality disorder. Kim failed to allow us time to do a pre closing walkthrough, and also did not follow up with the sellers agent to ensure that the required inspections had been completed on the seller side. This caused us to be rended homeless for 3 nights. What did Kim say about this? NOTHING. Her and her boss Helena did not offer to get us a hotel room, or even apologize. If you want to be homeless then please work with these people!

Tosha and Helena are great property managers. They handle problems, keep up on maintenance, they get properties rented with qualified tenants and their paperwork is easy to understand. This professional management team is the best. They have handled our rental properties for over 10 years and I highly recommend them to manage your rental property.

The realtor we had for looking for a place was wonderful. This woman went above and beyond to help us find a place and so much more. We were using a VA Loan and she was comfortable and confident in handling it. When our loan officer wasn’t coming down on numbers she found us one that would, she recommended so many options to help us save money and time as well. Just so you know Remax, you have yourselves an excellent employee.
